Petitioners are said to have been caught on the spot while they were carrying theft articles for which petitioners are in jail custody since 16.9.2015.

The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners were caught by the villagers on suspicion and they do not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, they have sufficiently been punished by remaining in jail custody since long and their investigation has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rameshwar Mishra, Judicial
