The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 605 of 2021 arising out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021 registered under Sections 279, 237, 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is driver of M/S Gupta Nutritions Pvt. Ltd. Hundred of drivers are working in the said company but the name of the petitioner dragged merely on suspicion. There is no sufficient material against the petitioner which shows the complicity of the petitioner in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Nalanda in connection with G.O. Case No. 605 of 2021 arising out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
