The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the first information report. General allegation of assault has been levelled against him and according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Sanjay Choudhary who gave Khanti blow to the deceased. Moreover, the post mortem report of the deceased shows that one injury was found on the skull of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner

No.8286 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Nawadah in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015.
