JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interregnum period, the petitioner has been paid major portion of the salary but he has not been paid the salary with regard to the items no. 3, 4 and 5 of Annexure-2 to the writ petition, hence he prays that the respondents may verify the same and make the payment.
In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no. 4 is directed to verify as to whether the petitioner has worked, as
Patna High Court CWJC No.4283 of 2017 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 claimed, and pass necessary order within eight weeks from today. In order to facilitate the earlier disposal of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a representation bringing to the notice of the respondent no. 4, the unpaid for portion of the work, he has performed and if any dues are found payable, the same be paid within a period of four weeks of the passing of the final order. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
