Petitioner Anil Kumar Singh seeks bail in Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 711 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/404 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The wife of the deceased alleged that her husband went to Binod Mishra @ Bishnu but did not return. She got information that her husband was killed and dual SIM mobile of her husband was taken by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On the

Having considered the fact that there appears to be no evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged murder of the husband of the informant, petitioner Anil Kumar Singh is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013.
