The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

In view of statement of victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, in which she specifically named the petitioner as the one who was accompanying in the alleged Bolero, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
