Vide order dated 25.01.2023, report was called for from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- 9th, Begusarai regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.209 of 2019.

Perused the report at Flag 'R'.

The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai has reported that the trial of the case is likely to be concluded in three months.

Considering the report sent by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the
