====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Food Corporation of India and Union of India (respondent no. 8).

2. Pursuant to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the concerned respondents, it transpires that as of now the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid and with regard to

Patna High Court CWJC No.2052 of 2017 (5) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 Gratuity, the matter is sub-judice as the order on which the petitioner relies is under challenge by the Food Corporation of India in C.W.J.C. No. 18110 of 2017 and with regard to promotional benefits, a separate writ petition filed by the petitioner being C.W.J.C. No. 10053 of 2017, is also pending.

3. In view thereof, except for the above two benefits, the rest having been paid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed off. However, the issue of gratuity and promotional benefits shall be subject to the outcome of the aforesaid two pending writ petitions.
