JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, nearabout 500 to 600 persons committed dacoity in the business premises of the informant but admittedly, petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and it is submitted on his behalf that the name of petitioner surfaced in the supervision note after five years of the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that several co-accused persons, more or less having similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8481 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S.Case No. 30 of 2010.
