The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 646/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that during patrolling duty police intercepted a Bullet Motorcycle, on which three boys were riding, who disclosed their name as Sidhartha Kumar, Ujjawal Anand and the petitioner. On search two country made pistols and three cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was found sitting in the aforesaid motorcycle along

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3277 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 with two other persons.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 646/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
