JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle and his two associates including one Nagendra Yadav managed to escape from there.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seized motorcycle belonged to one Sukhal Yadav, who happens to be uncle of Nagendra Yadav and the aforesaid motorcycle has already been released in favour of above stated Sukhal Yadav after due verification.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8260 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 437 of 2015.
