The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased a SIM card on fake identity.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner was transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Nasim Ansari and he has not committed any offence nor he purchased any illegal SIM card and further submits that the matter has been compromised with the informant, namely, Amar Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
