JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the present case, but in Siwan (M) P.S. Case No.138 of 2015, some co-accused were arrested with stolen motorcycle and the aforesaid coaccused disclosed the name of the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Sunny Kumar and Abinash Kumar Singh have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Kunal, 1st
