JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is that they have assaulted the son of the informant causing serious injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, the daughter of petitioner no.1 was misbehaved by the informant and others, which was complained by the petitioners also and for that a complaint petition has also been lodged in the court of A.C.J.M., Udaikishunganj,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4938 of 2019(4) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Madhepura and furthermore injuries are simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Alam Nagar P.S.
