3. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59683 of 2023.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59683 of 2023 but inadvertently, in the 1st paragraph and the prayer portion part of the bail petition, the name of the learned court concerned where the case is presently pending was typed as Banka in place of Bhagalpur.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59683 of 2023 be modified to the extent that "to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Banka which is mentioned in the 6th para of the bail order be read as to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Bhagalpur."
6. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59683 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
