The petitioner is apprehending is arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(ii)(a)(b), 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Prosecution case is that on conducting raid at City Rest House hotel by the police officials Bablu Jaiswal, Chandani Kumari and others were apprehended in immoral activity of flesh trade and prostitution.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the owner of the said hotel but he does not live at Patna rather he permanently lives at Delhi along with his family members and the said hotel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5001 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 is being run by his manager/co-accused Giranand Yadav and petitioner has no knowledge about such type of activities. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
