The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter Guddi Devi was married to Sikandar Raut but the accused persons killed his daughter. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that the deceased died due to illness. Sikandar Raut, husband of the deceased, has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26635/2014.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and the husband has already been enlarged on bail, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12285 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikarhana at Motihari in Patahi P.S. Case No. 103/2013.
