The petitioner seeks bail in Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 153/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The informant lodged a case against the petitioner making allegation that he fired on the chest of the informant, but the informant himself after five months of the occurrence named the petitioner and alleged that it was petitioner who had fired on him. At the time of lodging the case, he did not disclose the name of the petitioner due to fear.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12290 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 153/2013.
