JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 375 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Prosecution case is that police on secret information was going to raid the place of occurrence and on seeing the police accused persons, who was coming from vehicle, threw the bags and fled away and from the different bags total 33.120 litres of liquor was recovered. Apart from that it appears that petitioner is accused in one more case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has been in judicial

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -II, Gopalganj, in connection with Excise Case No. 375 of 2019.
