The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.07.2021. Vide order dated 30.03.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that case is at the stage of appearance.
Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
