JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 22.01.2019 the restoration application was allowed and petitioner was directed to remove the defect pointed out by the stamp report in Cr. Misc. No.35833 of 2019, instead of Cr. Misc. No.46465 of 2019. Learned counsel submits that order dated 22.01.2020 may be modified to the extent of correction of Cr. Misc. No.46465 of 2019 instead of Cr. No.35833 of 2019 in the last line of the order.

In view of the aforesaid, let the order dated 22.01.2020 be modified to the extent that in the last line of the order, Cr. Misc. No.46465 of 2019 may be read in place of Cr. Misc. No.35833 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3679 of 2020(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 22.01.2020 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
