The petitioner seeks bail in Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 (B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter Deepti Devi was married to Sanjay Singh about three years ago. She was pregnant but her husband and other in-laws killed his daughter. Petitioners are father-in-law and brother-inlaw of the deceased. It is submitted that the informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner. Even in the post-mortem report no external or internal injury was found.

No.12308 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2013.
