2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That the present petition is for direction to the respondent authorities to pass reasoned order over representation filed by the petitioner and subsequently to pay the dues of retirement benefit and other dues stated in representation dated 11.12.2019."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation on 11.12.2019, before the respondent no. 3, which is still pending. He submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off such representation.

4. Learned counsel for the Corporation does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner on 11.12.2019, copy of which is Annexure-4 to the writ application by passing a reasoned order, if already not disposed off, within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

6. If anything is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks from the date of passing of the order.
