2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341 , 498(A) , 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3 . By filing supplementary affidavit it is stated on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties have already been resolved and both the petitioner and O . P . No . 2 (wife of petitioner) are living happily together.
4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A . C . J . M.-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. case no. 18 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
