2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within six weeks from today and seek regular bail.

3. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within the aforesaid period, the learned Court below is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order and disposed of on the same day in accordance with law.
