The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012 registered under Sections 364(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of coaccused. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the above submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012. m.p.
