The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Raman Kumar Singh @ Laltun Singh and Krishnadeo Kumar Singh @ Bachcha Singh took his son, Hari Kishore Tiwary @ Guddu Tiwary, to fare but his son did not return. The dead body of his son was found near bridge of Padumker Village. The informant suspected that Raman Kumar Singh and Krishnadeo Kumar Singh might have killed his son.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. It appears

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12312 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 that during the course of investigation the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 78/2014.
