The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 452, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that as per FIR, the informant had lodged Simraha P.S. Case No. 322/2018 against the accused persons namely Md. Murshid, Md. Irshad, Ali Raja and Alanoor. Thereafter, the family members of these accused persons were regularly coming at the house of informant and they were giving threat to withdraw the said case otherwise family members shall have to face the consequences. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 648 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
