2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That the present petition is for direction to the respondent authorities to pass reasoned order over representation filed by the petitioner and subsequently to pay the dues of retirement benefit and other dues stated in representation dated 11.12.2019."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to Annexure 3, which is copy of his representation to the Commissioner of the Corporation (respondent no. 3) dated 11.12.2019. It was submitted that the same be directed to be disposed off.

4. Learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that the said representation would be disposed off.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, if already not disposed off, expeditiously and latest within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him by passing a reasoned order. All admitted dues in terms of the order shall thereafter be paid to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
