The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant and other family members were not present in the house, this petitioner entered into the house and forcibly took the sister-in-law of the informant

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, there was a dispute with regard to showing paddy in the field of the petitioner and in order to take revenge, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. The petitioner is an old person aged about 69 years. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Arwal in connection with Arwal Mahila
