The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have given wine to coaccused Dilip Tanti, who along with Mantu Tanti, Pinku Tanti, Jagdish Tani and Pramod Tanti planned to kill Shambhu Tanti and thereafter Dilip Tanti assaulted Shambhu Tanti on his neck by sickle, his brother and Saramen Devi, the mother of the informant. Shambhu Tanti and Saramen Devi died on the spot. The brother of the informant was also assaulted.

It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. Similarly situated co-accused Jagdish Tanti, Pinku Tanti, and Mantum Tanti have already been enlarged on bail. Pramod Tanti, who handed over the sickle to Dilip Tanti, has already been enlarged on bail vie order passed in Cr.Misc.No.29269 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
