The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 498(A), 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant has made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is in jail for more than six months.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on
