2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 498(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was found in a field. The petitioner did not give any information to the police that his wife was missing. The petitioner is in jail since 07.04.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the materials on record and considering the fact that the death of the deceased was never
