2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 308(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation in the First Information report is that the accused persons including the petitioner came to the shop of the informant and took away his golden chain and some cash by threatening him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be apparent from the bare perusal of the First Information Report that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, however specific allegations of pointing of the pistol and taking away the chain and the amount is upon two other accused persons and not on the present petitioner. 5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the basis of allegations made in the First Information Report.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations against the petitioner with no specific allegations being attributed to him, let the above named petitioner, who is pursuing a professional degree course, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
