The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Motihari Complaint Case No. 68 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and3/4 of the D.P. Act.
As per allegation, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with co-accused Sandeep Prasad Baranwal in 2017. Her husband and other accused persons subjected her to cruelty for non-fulfillment to dowry demand. The husband used to assault her.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in-laws and mediator of the marriage. They have no concern with day to day affairs of the couple. The husband of the complainant has filed a separate anticipatory bail petition and that has been referred to mediation center for exploring amicable solution of the dispute.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or

No.4772 of 2022(2) dt.22-08-2022 3/3 surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 68 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
