Petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 38/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant and snatched the money.

It is submitted that the police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 379 and other bailable Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 29.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12321 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 38/2014.
