Khata No.268 and R.S.P. Khesra No.915 total area 39 decimals situated in Village Mohammadpur Ema, P.S. Karja, DistrictMuzaffarpur. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the District Magistrate directing for removal of encroachment, nothing has been done. If that be so, if the petitioner files a properly constituted petition in this regard along with relevant documents before respondent No.6, the respondent No.6 shall register it as a case under the Bihar Public
