The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 493 of 2014 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. However, it is alleged that some one shot fire which hit the back of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 04.10.2014 even charge sheet has been submitted and only material against the petitioner is that there is rumour petitioner was last seen with the assailant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 493 of 2014.
