The petitioner seeks bail in Khudwa P.S. Case No. 40/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the recovery of a dead body in the field of Arjun Singh, the Chowkidar (Suryadeo Yadav) lodged the case against the petitioner. During the course of investigation, it has come that the deceased had illicit relation with the petitioner Saraswati Devi. The petitioner and her father are said to have confessed their guilt, but no tangible evidence is collected. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
