Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 327, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury at the head of Sahnawaz.

Submission is that the Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 564

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15516 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/successor Court.

However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner within a period of two weeks, prayer for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by this order.
