JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the instant writ application is being filed for direction to the concerned respondents for setting aside/ quashed / to declare null and void two Sale Deeds dated 30.05.2016 so-called executed by the petitioner in favour of the respondent no.3.

The present writ petitioner is also praying

Patna High Court CWJC No.20098 of 2016(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 before this Hon'ble Court for direction to the concerned respondents to hand over the property to the petitioner mentioned in aforesaid two Sale Deeds."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
