The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusations are of making an attempt to snatch the motorcycle of the informant and creating nuisance by opening fire in the air.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has sprang up on the basis of confessional statement of the apprehended
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3815 of 2022(4) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 co-accused and except confession, there is nothing against the petitioner to corroborate the petitioner with the crime. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.)
