In this case, petitioners are mother-in-law and fatherin-law of the deceased, have been made accused in Sono P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 498 (A), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of the victim lady was solemnized about 16 years earlier with Pankaj Madal son of the petitioners. As per the first information report, allegation has been made that accused persons killed the victim. The Post Mortem report does not disclose the cause of death of the victim.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16763 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 let petitioners, above, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015.
