Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The death was caused in unnatural circumstances within one year of marriage in the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017.

The report of the learned court below would reveal that the case is not committed to the Court of Sessions for trial as yet. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid and the period undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5000 of 2019(6) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura Police Station Case No. 294 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
