The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order shows while rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner by the Additional Sessions Judge, it appears that only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he put on T.I. Parade and except criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
