JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has remedy by way of revision. Considering the submission of the State, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional authority, who is supposed to hear the revision on its own merit. While considering the matter, the revisional authority shall condone the delay in filing revision as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
