2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS Commanding and directing the respondent authorities not to create any hindrance / obstacle over the land situated in Village Chhabilapur, Goraur Chhabilapur appertaining Khesra District to P.S. Nalanda 296 Khata No.. No.40 which as is per Khatiyan in nature of Gairmajarua Malik area 12 decimal settled by virtue of Hukumnama dated 5.4. 1941 executed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.20779 of 2018(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 Ex- landlord in favour of Grand Mother of petitioner after taking since Nazrana then of the rs. 30/-ancestors and of petitioner is coming in possession by constructing paсса house over the land and paying rent to the state;

(ii) further for issuance of any other writ/ writs, order/direction/ direction for orders, which petitioner shall be found entitled Under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pankaj Kumar prays for withdrawal of the petition.
