The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No.805 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from a mango orchard.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.4167 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge I, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.)
