The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 45 of 2015 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014 registered under sections 436 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court, vide order dated 4th March, 2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51926 of 2014, giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after the charges are framed. It has been contended that the charges have already been framed on 17th March, 2015.

Regard being had to the observations made in the

No.17221 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 aforesaid order dated 4th March, 2015, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Case No. 45 of 2015 arising out of Mansi P.S.
