Petitioner deceived informant including eight more persons on the pretext of providing employment in Aaj Tak news channel and on that very ground realized Rs.150/- each from them. On deposit of Rs.1350/-, petitioner Rajesh Raj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri Pravin Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakiya P.S.
